- Matt Cannon, Leading Editor & Writer ~ I was born & raised in a Christian home, attending church every Sunday. I was saved when I was six years old. - Bree Jones, Writer ~ I was saved on New Year's Eve, 2000 at Winter X-treme in Gatlinburg, TN. I'm 14 and I love music and singing, being in drama at church, doing sign language with a group at church. I like writing short stories mostly, and poetry. I love to praise God! E-mail Bree
- Adina, Writer ~ I was in a car, and I heard the song "Thank You" by Ray Boltz, and it talked about this man in heaven and people started walking up to him and thanking him for little things he had done. I listened carefully and I really wasn't sure if I was going to heaven or was ever going to be blessed in heaven like that. I knew I had to make a change. So, then I asked Jesus to come into my heart when I was 6 years old.
- Aurora, Editor & Writer ~ I became a Christian at a youth group meeting when I was 15. I heard the message of the Love of God, and how He had sacrificed Jesus to pay for our sins. I accepted Christ immediately, amist tears of joy. That was years ago, and I have continued to learn more of Christ and His love for me, through all the trials and joys of life.
- Sara Summers, Writer ~ I have grown up in a Christian home and my parents led me to Jesus when I was about 3 years old, but my family wasn't involved in a church and I pretty much drifted away from God later on. Several years later, my family started coming to church again, and when I started coming to youth group I recommitted my life to God. I am now very involved in my church and youth group.A few of my other likes are drawing, writing, listening to Christian music, and computers. E-mail Sara
- Jay, Writer ~ I was saved on 4/25/2001. I LOVE God. I like to write, I would like to be a journalist when I grow up. I like to read alot of books. I have 5 brothers and sisters, my dad is a Filipino, and my mom is American. I am really happy to be doing the e-zine, I think spreading the Word of God is awesome, and I am really glad to do it in this way. E-mail Jay
Why A CHRISTIAN E-Zine?
We decided to make a Christian e-zine because we feel that we have a calling as Christians. Matthew 28:19-20 says this, "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
Although we may never get enough money to visit foreign countries, we can reach the entire world through the internet. Even though man has turned this tool for evil many times, we believe that we can turn this around by spreading God's Gospel through the internet. He can accomplish His purposes through any means, and I believe that used right, the internet can be a great place to share the Bible and God's love.
